In Relational Trauma Coaching, we step in where therapy ends. This is appropriate for people who have addressed the origin of their trauma in therapy and are needing support or additional tools in re-structuring their lives and relationships. We also assist in overcoming the impact of narcissistic abuse. If you've experienced relational trauma, it can feel as though old wounds control your present interactions, often leading to unhealthy patterns in relationships. My approach provides a safe, empathetic space for survivors to reconnect with themselves and develop the skills to foster healthy, balanced relationships.

While these approaches can complement each other, they serve different purposes, have unique focuses, and utilize distinct methods. As such, they are offered as separate services, and she cannot serve as both a psychotherapist and coach for the same client.

*Psychotherapy is a clinical service aimed at addressing and healing psychological issues rooted in past experiences, particularly those related to trauma, mental health conditions, or relational difficulties. It is a therapeutic process focused on understanding, processing, and resolving past issues that may impact your current emotional and psychological well-being. As a licensed therapist, I provide a safe and supportive environment for this healing journey.

*Coaching, on the other hand, is a non-clinical service designed to help individuals achieve personal and professional goals by focusing on the present and future. Coaching is action-oriented and skills-based, with an emphasis on developing strategies, setting goals, and acquiring the necessary tools to move forward in life. It is not intended to address or resolve deep-seated psychological issues, but rather to empower you to make tangible progress in specific areas of your life.

*Please note that while coaching can be an effective tool for personal development, it is not a substitute for psychotherapy. If you are dealing with unresolved trauma, significant emotional distress, or mental health concerns, psychotherapy may be more appropriate. Engaging in coaching services does not establish a psychotherapeutic relationship, and if psychotherapy is required, a separate agreement will be made under the scope of clinical practice. In the event that psychotherapy is deemed more appropriate for your needs during the course of coaching, you will be referred to the appropriate therapeutic services and discharged from the coaching program. If you have selected a coaching package, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining unused sessions.
